Hardcore fans can enjoy the recliners in the film center and watch the awards with ease, while the Candela is open for refreshments and the party.
Timeline:
6:30 - 7 pm - Walk the Red Carpet & browse the auction items /Take part in the various fundraising opportunities including goodies to enjoy at your table!
Chips & Dip bar open: House fried Corn Chips - Salsa, (Red, & Green) Queso (Fresno or Shishito) Guacamole House Fried Wonton Chips Asian layered dip (Kung pao chicken dip)
7 pm - Oscars begin & Shaken Not Stirred Competition kicks off with the first round of appetizers - Buy your ballot and place your bets on who will take home the prizes! The ballot amount will be split evenly between the winner and Tallgrass at end of the night!
Kan-Grow Hydro Farm Microgreens Super Salad- Micros Include ( Mizuna, Tatsoi, Radish, Pea Shoots , Sunflower Shoots), Spring mix, cucumber, tomatoes, onions, carrots, wonton crisp and Ginger Dressing!

7:45 pm - Second round of appetizers
Lemon Grass Beef Meat Balls- with Odd Fellow Peanut Sauce & Vegetarian Option
8 pm - Unveiling of Film Center New Name
8:30 pm- Silent auction closes and third round of appetizers
Mashed Potato & Sweet Potato Bar- Toppings - Furikake, Pork Belly Bits, Scallions, Chili Oil Crisp, Fried Shallots, Kimchi, Watercress, Black Garlic Honey Miso Glaze, Garlic Chive Crema
9 pm - Shaken Not Stirred winner announced. The drink will go on to be the signature cocktail at the Tallgrass Film Festival's 21st in October!
9:15 pm - Dessert Round
Coffee Creme Brulee (think Vietnamese Coffee)
Kocktail Kupcakes
9:30 - Final call for cocktails, beer & wine
10 pm - Oscars "After Party" and grab a slider on the way home
Yum Yum Sliders- House baked buns, Beef, Cheese, Caramelized Onions, Miso garlic aioli, and Kan Grow Yum Yum mix.
** Vegetarian and meat options are available at every round. Non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages are also available all evening.
